CINTRA is the holding company and "Airline Transportation System" that combines the competitive and geographical advantages of Mexico's most important airlines and "airline related service" companies.

The company was incorporated on May 23, 1995 and had no
operations until June 28, 1996. Through its subsidiaries it provides: air transport services to passengers, mail and cargo within Mexico and to North America, South America and Europe, as well as, related aviation services.
