Grupo Financiero Inbursa was incorporated on September 2, 1992. The beginning of the group goes back to 1965, with the incorporation of Inversora Bursátil, Brokerage House. In 1984 shares from different companies held by Bancomer was acquired by the group, it included the 100% shareholding of Seguros de México, formerly Seguros Bancomer and now Seguros Inbursa, with 60 years in the Mexican insurance sector. With these two companies and later with the acquisition of La Guardiana (Bonding Firm), today Fianzas Guardiana Inbursa, that started operations in 1942, Grupo Financiero Inbursa was formed.
